What time is Check-in?

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival (if you require an early check-in please contact us prior to arrange, please note there is a small charge for early check-in)

*Please note check-in is available until 11pm, if you anticipate arriving late, please contact us before 11pm so we can accommodate your arrival.

What time is Check-out?

Check-out is until 11am on the day of departure (if you require a late check-out please contact us prior to arrange, please note there is a small charge for late check-out).

What is your cancellation policy?

Enjoy free cancellation if you change your plans up to 24 hours before your stay.

Is breakfast included?

All room rates include breakfast, served until 10am for our residents.

Are the rooms pet-friendly?

For the comfort of all our guests, dogs and pets are not permitted in our rooms.

Is parking available?

We have ample complimentary on-site parking for guests. Kindly be aware that The Horse & Jockey does not oPer EV charging facilities.

Payment can be made by most major credit/debit cards or cash. Please note that American Express is not accepted.
